Vinha da Valentina Premium is an elegant, fruity, and balanced red wine. Exhibiting a fruity aromatic bouquet, it displays aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of forest fruits, balsamic touches, delicate tannins, and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha da Valentina Premium is a red wine produced from grapes of Castelão, Tinta Roriz, Alicante Bouschet, and Syrah from the Peninsula de Setubal wine region. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, and it was transferred to French oak vats where it aged for 6 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vinha da Valentina Premium is an intensely fruity and aromatic red wine that combines notes of young fruit with balsamic aromas and silky tannins. It displays aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, mixed with notes of wild berries like blackberries and raspberries, touches of vanilla, and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
