Pink Port Poças has a beautiful pink Port wine colour achieved from the gentle pressing of the grapes in the vinification process. The strawberries flavours predominate alongside by the fragrances of the raspberry, a sweet core and a large spring flower bouquet.
Winemaking:
Pink Port Poças is produced with Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Tinto Cão red grapes from the Douro region by the traditional port wine vinification process used for rosé's Port wine. The wine was subjected to a decantation, separation of the larger particles and clarification before cold fermentation and fermentation process interruption by the addition of brandy. It is maturated in stainless steel vats prior cold stabilization and bottling.

Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão.
Tasting Notes:
Pink Port Poças has a light pink hue and it's dominated by strawberries and raspberries aromas and an amazing acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
The Port bottle should be kept standing at 16-18 ° C. It is ready to consume and does not need decantation. Serve between 4ºC and 6ºC.
