Dark purple color. Very mature ripe black fruit fragrances. Soft and sweet, very intense tannins complemented by the aromas of black cherries and blackberries. This Vintage is sweet, rich and very elegant.
Winemaking:
Quinta Senhora da Ribeira is located opposite the Quinta do Vezúvio, owned by Symington, located in the Douro Valley. Vintage Port Wines are bottled in cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia after the second year of aging in French oak wood. Produced according to the traditional method of foot treading in classic stone called "lagares". A Vintage Port is only declared in years of exceptional quality.
