Dow's Vintage Port 2017 is a wine that proves to be exceptional, full of intensity that brings an open, floral and fresh aromatic bouquet. Its mineral profile as well as its concentration in mature black fruit of its core stand out, despite having powerful and austere tannins and great acidity.
Winemaking:
Dow's Vintage Port 2017 is produced by the traditional Port wine method, grapes are trodden in granitic stone's Lagares, and it's aged for 2 years, in French oak wood hulls before being transferred to the bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Sousão.
Tasting Notes:
Dow's Vintage Port 2017 is a Port wine of rare intensity and color depth. It is fresh, with complex and intense aromas of ripe and young black fruits and floral fragrances. In the mouth it is full-bodied, rich and powerful, presenting excellent maturation, fresh and powerful tannins, and great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in the upright position ± 15 ° C at a constant temperature. Serve at a temperature between 12-14ºC.
