Fonseca Vintage Port 2000 is a hugely rich wine, very dense with excellently integrated firm tannins and a range of complex flavours, from nuts and berry fruits to full frontal ripeness. There is some dryness at the end.
Winemaking:
Fonseca Vintage Port 2000 produced from the traditional Port wine method by trodden in granitic stone's Lagares. It was maturated for 2 years in French French oak casks before being transferred to the bottle. This Fonseca Vintage Port 2000 is an extraordinary reference in its category.

Fonseca Vintage Port 2000 has a great depth of flavour, dark and brooding, but also with great sweetness and richness. It's an outstanding powerful wine, wonderful structure and opulent. There is cassis and black fig flavours and long and sweet tannins.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in the upright position ± 15 ° C at a constant temperature. Serve at a temperature between 8 - 10ºC.
