Maynards Vintage Port 2007 is a Port wine that reflects a solid and firm structure and highlighting good fruit notes of better quality. It is rich and concentrated, but with a dry and elegant profile. It is a powerful wine with a smooth and mature character well balanced in the fruity tannins and its soft acidity.
Winemaking:
Maynards Vintage Port 2007 is produced by the traditional Port wine method, trodden in granitic stone's Lagares, and it's aged for 2 years, in French oak wood hulls before being transferred to the bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão.
Tasting Notes:
Maynards Vintage Port 2007 is a rich, fruity, round and concentrated Port wine. It presents a fruity and juicy profile, evidenced flavors of blackberries, ripe black cherry and blueberries. Presents dry profile with acidity very balanced with soft tannins.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in the upright position ± 15 ° C at a constant temperature. Serve at a temperature between 12-14ºC
