Winemaking:
Niepoort Vintage Port 2017 is produced by the traditional Port wine method, grapes are trodden in granitic stone's Lagares, and it's aged for 2 years, in French oak wood hulls before being transferred to the bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Sousão, Tinta Roriz.
Tasting Notes:
Niepoort Vintage Port 2017 features extraordinary depth of colour, red loaded with a dark purple rim. The aromas are dominated by young black fruits, powerful in the first impact, developing to fresh nuances with very seductive wild red fruit flavours. It is also complemented by a very elegant combination between its imposing and juicy tannins with lively acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in the upright position ± 15 ° C at a constant temperature. Serve at a temperature between 12-14ºC.
