Intense dark ruby color. It is a wine with a fantastic color, dry profile with a lot of aromatic power to field flowers, rosemary and thyme, and a lot of ripe black fruit, blackberries and very ripe black cherries. The tannins are imposing and well-enveloped in the structure of this vintage with a very strong potential.
Winemaking:
Vintage Port Wines are bottled in cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia after the second year of aging in French oak wood. Produced according to the traditional method of foot treading in classic stone called "lagares". A Vintage Port is only declared in years of exceptional quality.
