Flor de S. José é um vinho branco de enorme qualidade e exuberancia. Trata-se de um vinho branco citrico, com delicado floral, aromas frescos e minerais a lima limao, perfume a casca de tangerina, banana e acidez muito bem integrada na sua complexidade.
Winemaking:
Flor de S. José is a white wine produced with white grapes of Viosinho, Rabigato, and Gouveio of the Douro wine region. After a gentle crushing and a total destemming of the grapes, the musts were transferred to stainless steel tanks where the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures. The wine stayed in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being decanted, filtrated and bottled.

Flor de S. José é um vinho branco apresenta delicadas notas florais, aromas cítricos com nuances tropicais juntamente com apontamentos minerais discretos e elegantes. É um vinho branco fresco com uma acidez presente e muito bem integrada.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
