Quinta da Devesa 40 Years Old Tawny Port is a Port wine with extraordinary notes of evolution, highlighting caramelized aromas, dried fruits, vanilla and liquorice. It presents citrus notes, nuances of caramelized cherries in an orange jam. It is an intensely complex and elegant 40-year-old Port wine with a dry, citric and sublime acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta da Devesa 40 years old Tawny Port is produced by the traditional Porto wine method. This is the blend of the best Port wine's batches ageing in oak casks with an average of age of 40 years, produced from different grape varieties, from old vines, such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão.

Quinta da Devesa 40 Years Old Tawny Port is a Port wine of superior quality, totally exceptional and rare. It is a Port wine aged slowly for more than 40 years, which shows all the complexity, subtlety and elegance in the evolution aromas it displays. It is soft, dense, velvety, with caramelized citrus aromas, soft acidity, notes of liquorice and almost no evidence of alcohol in its aromas.
