M de Minuty is a fragrant and Mediterranean Rosé Wine from the Côtes de Provence Region. It's a delicate and fine wine with subtle fragrances of roses, aromas of raspberries, orange peel and hints of red currants. It has a delicious minerality along with a smooth citric acidity.
Winemaking:
M de Minuty is a rosé wine produced from red grapes of the region of the Côtes de Provence as Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. After a directly pressed the wine is subjected to a rigorous settling and then the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures. The wine stays in stainless steel tanks, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.
