Krohn Late Bottled Vintage Port 2012 is a very fruity, very elegant LBV Port wine, its tannins juicy and powerful. It has a perfumed structure with lots of black fruit aromas and a wonderful minerality.
Winemaking:
Krohn Late Bottled Vintage Port 2012 is produced from the blend of powerful, rich and fruity wines of a single year by the traditional Port wine's method. The grapes are tread in granite "lagares", the wine is stored and ages, in large oak wood vats, for a period of 6 years old and it is bottled in the same way as a Vintage Port Wine, without any prior treatment.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Krohn Late Bottled Vintage Port 2012 is a very rich and fruity LBV Port wine, with juicy tannins and a perfumed of ripe black fruits.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serving temperature at 15ºC-16ºC.
