Cavacas de Margarideare made from egg yolks, white sugar and flour. It is a traditional Easter cookie with a tradition of more than 2 centuries.

Tasting notes:
Cavacas de Margarideare delicious, fluffy and sweet cookies that melt in your mouth, and in the style of Margaride's Pão de Ló. They're great when they dip into a little chilled green wine (Vinho Verde).
Advice for Store and Serve:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. It stays fresh before opening for 7-10 days.
