Winemaking:
Noval Fine Tawny Port wine miniature was fermented at a controlled temperature. When the wort reaches the value of sweetness desired, the fermentation is stopped by the addition of brandy, and subsequently aged for 4 or 5 years in oak barrels until bottling.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca.

Noval Fine Tawny is a miniature Port wine that faithfully represents the quality of this Port wine, displaying delicious notes of ripe red young fruits, notes of vanilla and spices, delicious residual sugars along with extraordinary acidity.
