Winemaking:
Noval Fine White Port Wine Miniature was fermented at a controlled temperature. When the wort reaches the value of sweetness desired, the fermentation is stopped by the addition of brandy, and subsequently aged for 4 or 5 years in oak barrels until bottling.
Grape Varieties:
Gouveio, Rabigato, Códega, Malvasia Fina.

Noval Fine White Port Miniature is a fantastic white Port wine, aromatically citrus, with notes of caramel roasted quinces, notes of spices, vanilla and citric acidity.
