100 Hectares Superior is a red wine that presents fantastic aromatic intensity, highlighting from its core a huge concentration of aromas of ripe red fruits, such as currants, blackberries and wild strawberries. It presents delicate balsamic notes, with predominance of notes of vanilla and dark chocolate along with very balanced acidity.

Winemaking:
100 Hectares Superior is a red wine produced from red grapes from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Franca from the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated for 48 hours with the skins prior to being transferred to used oak vats where the fermentation process has taken place. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it was subjected to regular stirring for 12 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
100 Hectares Superior is a balanced and very elegant red wine from the Douro wine region. It presents an open bluquet, full of aromas of ripe red fruits such as notes of wild berries and cherries, along with balsamic aromas of spices and vanilla. It is a full-bodied red wine with solid, imposing tannins and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
Chão dos Eremitas Tinta Carvalha is a red wine from the Alentejo region of great elegance, fine structure and open aromatic bouquet. It exudes aromas of wild red fruits, with a predominance of aromas of raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants, together with mineral notes, balsamic nuances and vigorous and very balanced acidity.
Quinta da Gaivosa shows a deep ruby color. It reveals intense aromas of forest fruits, eucalyptus leaf, pine, and dry prunes. It has a solid body, with great structure and balance. It is a very elegant red wine of great complexity.
Dona Helena is a young and fresh red wine from the region of Palmela. It presents young ripe red fruit aromas, with a touch of minerality and a poised acidity.
Messias Douro Vinha Santa Barbara shows a deep purple colour. It's rich, closed with austere fruit, and some floral touches. It's powerful but round, it has ripe tannins, without excesses, bitter cocoa and mineral notes on the long, juicy ending.
Quinta da Fonte Souto is a red wine that exalts and exhibits the splendor of the aromas and smells that we find in the Mediterranean forest with balsamic notes of pine needles and resin. It presents a bouquet of complex aromas in the mouth, juicy and expressive, showing notes of wild fruit flavors and cloves.
Quinta do Valdoeiro Reserva is a red wine full of complex aromas, forest ripe fruits reminding blueberries and cássies, and some hints of iodine. It's a dense red wine with tight and mineral tannins well-balanced with its balsâmic notes and its acidity. It has a very long and fresh finish.
