Cancellus is an elegant and fresh red wine that displays notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums in its aromatic bouquet, along with soft tannins, balsamic notes, and delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Cancellus is a red wine made from the Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz red grape varieties, planted in the Douro wine region. After fermentation, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, a portion of the wine was transferred to French and American oak barrels, where it remained for 4 months before being blended and bottled.

Cancellus is an aromatic and elegant red wine with aromas of ripe red fruits, balanced by a delicate acidity that gives it freshness and liveliness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
