CH By Chocapalha is a red wine from the Douro region with a good concentration on the nose and refined aromas of ripe red fruit and small floral touches. In the mouth, it has a good structure, with ripe tannins and well-integrated wood notes. The ending is rich and long.
Winemaking:
CH By Chocapalha is a red wine produced from red grapes of Touriga Nacional, from the Douro region. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine remained in French oak barrels for 24 months before being stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
CH By Chocapalha is a red wine with a fresh aroma, sophisticated notes of ripe fruit, floral notes and light touches of wood. In the mouth, it is elegant and refined, with dense and juicy tannins and highly polished acidity. The ending is long and complex.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
