Coutada Velha Premium is a red wine that displays a very elegant aromatic profile, highlighting notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, delicate balsamic notes and very soft acidity.
Winemaking:
Coutada Velha Premium is a red wine produced with red grapes of Trincadeira, Syrah, and Aragonês planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels for 4 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Trincadeira, Syrah, Aragonês.
Tasting Notes:
Coutada Velha Premium is a very elegant and round red wine with an aromatic bouquet with exuberant notes of ripe red fruits, balsamic nuances and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
