M.O.B. Gauvé is a red wine produced from grapes from centuries-old vineyards in the Dão wine region. It presents an unusual concentration and elegance, intense aromas of wild red fruits along with delicious balsamic aromas. With silky and juicy tannins, it expresses a perfectly heavenly elegance and acidity.
Winemaking:
M.O.B. Gauvé is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes from old vines of the Dão wine region. It has macerated for 14 days at cold, in granitic Lagares, and it has fermented there, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has been transferred to used French oak barrels of 225 liters, where it has stayed for 24 months, prior to being bottled.

M.O.B. Gauvé is an extraordinary and complex red wine produced in the Dão region that is full of fruit concentration and aromatic intensity. It is an extraordinarily elegant red wine, rich in aromas of wild red fruits, velvety structure, opulent and vigorous tannins and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
