Cavalo Bravo Premium is an elegant, fruity, and intensely aromatic red wine. Featuring a bouquet rich in ripe red fruit aromas, it reveals notes of ripe cherry, plum, and berries, along with a delicious vanilla aroma and delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Cavalo Bravo Premium is a red wine produced from red grapes of Castelão, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Nacional. After a short period of maceration with the skins and the stalks, at cold temperatures, the wine was fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine has stayed for 12 months in used French oak barrels, prior to being bottled.

Cavalo Bravo Premium is a full-bodied and fruity red wine with aromas of ripe red fruits, balsamic notes, and floral fragrances. It boasts round, velvety tannins and well-integrated acidity.

Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
