Fat Baron Shiraz is an elegant, fresh red wine, very clean in its aromas. Defined by aromas of wild berries and red fruit, it presents nuances of spices and balsamic notes, a little vanilla along with a delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Fat Baron Shiraz is a red wine produced exclusively with Syrah red grapes planted in the Region of Peninsula de Setubal. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed in used French and American oak barrels, for 12 months prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

Fat Baron Shiraz is a fantastic and elegant fruity red wine from the Peninsula Setubal region, and it's dominated by fabulous red fruit aromas along with delicious balsamic notes, great aromatic concentration and delicate acidity.

Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
