Winemaking:
After short pre-fermentation maceration at a temperature of 8-10ºC, alcohol fermentation takes place in stainless steel wine presses at 26-28ºC, with pump-over being provided by automated treading/dipping machinery.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Talha de Argilla is a rich and elegant red wine from the Alentejo wine region, with complex aromas and mineral character. It has a medium body, wide open aromas of ripe black fruits seasoned by spices, such as black pepper, cinnamon and chocolate notes and ends in a very balanced acidity.

Quinta do Carmo Reserva is a powerful red wine from the Alentejo region loaded with aromas of ripe black fruits such as figs, cherry plums, and it's endowed with extremely harmonious mineral notes. It presents open tannins, rich, fruity and imposing, balancing all its structure rich in fruit and density and it ends on an excellent acidity.
