Outrora Baga Classico is a red wine of enormous aromatic complexity, with enormous minerality, immense fruit volume, and very balanced acidity. It has a solid tannic structure, with balsamic aromas, spicy notes and a core full of aromas of ripe black fruit.
Winemaking:
Outrora Baga Classico is a red wine produced from Baga, an indigenous red grape variety from the Bairrada wine Region. After the fermentation, in the oak wood vats, at a controlled temperature, the wine stayed there for 12 months prior to being bottled.

Outrora Baga Classico is a red wine that presents complex notes of ripe black fruit, iodized notes, mineral nuances speckled by torn floral fragrances. It is an elegant red wine with enormous aromatic volume and a fantastic length in the mouth that displays great freshness and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
