Paulo Laureano Signature is a red wine with high-quality and complex aromatic notes, along with fantastic balsamic notes. Showing notes of ripe red fruit and vanilla hints in its bouquet, it boasts rounded tannins and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Paulo Laureano Signature is a red wine produced with red grapes of Aragonês, Trincadeira, and Alicante Bouschet planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, which occurred at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French oak barreçs where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Paulo Laureano Signature is a complex red wine with intense aromas of ripe red fruit and well-balanced acidity. It presents aromas of ripe red plum, cherries, and blueberries, along with balsamic notes of vanilla and dark chocolate, and silky tannins. It is a red wine with a velvety texture and mineral notes that lend it great freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
