Ruby color. Aromas ripe red fruit with notes to light toast and chocolate. Tannins firm and ripe, round body, finishing long with notes of spices.
Winemaking:
For the production of this red wine from the region of Dão, Porta dos Cavaleiros Red Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to fermentation vats with controlled temperature with frequent reruns. The fermentation lasted for about 5 days along with a skin maceration. The wine staged in stainless steel tanks until bottling where it remained 6 months until its commercialization.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby color. Aromas ripe red fruit with notes to light toast and chocolate. Tannins firm and ripe, round body, finishing long with notes of spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
