For the production of this red wine from Dão region, Quinta da Alameda Special Reserve, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to open wooden barrels. The fermentation lasted about 25 days along with a prolonged maceration. The wine remained in new French oak barrels for 12 months and 12 months in bottles until launched for consumption.

Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Dom Diogo Vinhão is a Red wine from the Vinho Verde wine region and presents a vigorous and full character. It is a red wine with a robust structure, which presents dominant notes of black fruits, mainly blackberries and blueberries, and vibrant acidity.

It is a red wine with opulent tannins and austere, with great minerality and highly polished acidity.
Herdade do Peso Grande Trinca Bolotas is a robust, round and very aromatic red wine from the Alentejo region. It presents aromas loaded with ripe black fruit, dense and full tannins, complexity and enormous aromaticity.
