Intense red color. A very fine and complex aroma, with black and red fruits, exotic woods, earth, soft floral notes. Fine tannins very fruity, fresh acidity, full end, polished, full of class.
Winemaking:
For the production of this red wine from Dão region, Quinta da Alameda, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to open wooden barrels. The fermentation lasted about 25 days along with a prolonged maceration. The wine remained in new French oak barrels for 12 months and 12 months in bottles until launched for consumption.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
