This red wine, Quinta da Falorca Touriga Nacional, was produced from a careful selection of grapes in the harvest. The grapes were destemmed and crushed to extract the musts. The fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats with prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins. 50% of the batch staged 12 months in stainless steel vats and the remaining 50% in new French oak barrels. He also spent 6 months in the bottle before being sold.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Quinta da Romaneira Reserva is a red wine that expresses all its subtlety and irreverent elegance, presenting an intense and smooth aromatic bouquet, where it displays ripe red fruits, black fruit, pine nuts notes, balsamic aromas, and very polished acidity.
Quinta da Carolina Reserva presents itself as a vigorous, elegant and very refined red wine. Of sharped and succulent tannins, it releases fresh notes of aromas of wild red fruits as well as extraordinary mineral nuances along with balsamic notes, ending in an enthusiastic and eloquent acidity.
Herdade das Servas Reserva is an extraordinarily complex red wine from the Alentejo region. An elegant wine, laden with aromas of ripe red fruits like currants, cassis and cherry, with very concentrated tannins, round together with notes of cocoa, spices and subtle wooden barrel hints.
Clear appearance, soft pink colour. Good aromatic intensity combined with notes of red plums. Balanced flavour, very nice freshness and persistent finish with notes of bittersweet fruit.
Caminhos Cruzados Reserva Tinto is a complex, elegant and structured red wine from the Dão region. It displays enormous potential, displaying exuberant floral characteristics along with notes of ripe red fruits and delicate balsamic aromas. Highlighting solid and fleshy tannins, it is a fresh, mineral red wine and reveals very delicate acidity.
Campolargo Vinha do Putto is a young, irreverent, fruity and very fresh red wine from the Bairrada wine region. It presents intense notes of wild red fruits, combined with mild but solid tannins accompanied by sweet notes of vanilla. It has gd liveliness and very polished acidity.
