Triunvirato nº. 7 is a red wine from the Bairrada region of great aromatic intensity and tight colour. It highlights it the ripe black fruit aromas, white truffles scents, spices and great vanilla. It is a wine with a huge minerality, dry and closed tannins, and an intense freshness coming from its great acidity.
Winemaking:
Triunvirato Nº 7 is a red wine from Caves Messias, a blend of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Baga grape varieties, from three Portuguese regions including Dâo, Douro, and Bairrada. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats where they were fermented at a controlled temperature for a period of 8-10 days, followed by 15 days of maceration. The wine was aged for 34 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Triunvirato nº. 7 is a great aromatic red wine, packed with full of ripe dark fruit aromas, huge tannic concentration, a great acidity and a lingering ending.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
