Casa da Passarella A Descoberta is an extraordinarily elegant, fruity, juicy and mineral red wine from the Dão region. It is a wine of matured and imposing tannins, with a perfect balance with the intense and dominant notes of well mature red fruits, and an intense freshness. In the mouth it is silky and of medium body presenting a very balanced acidity.

Casa da Passarella A Descoberta is a red wine, produced from indigenous red grapes of, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen from the Dão region. After a short maceration of 5 days, at cold, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, 20% of the batch has aged on used's 2 and 3 years old French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks for 8 months prior to being blended and bottled. The wine has maturated into the bottle for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Casa da Passarella A Descoberta is a vigorous, pure red wine with a deeply mineral soul. Featuring clean tannins, fresh but vigorous, it reveals a red wine fruity, fresh and with an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Cavalo Bravo is a delicate, fruity and aromatic red wine. From clean aromas to ripe red fruits, it displays an elegant profile, with delicate notes of flowers and balsamic aromas. It presents mineral nuances, velvety tannins and polished acidity.
Charme is a robust red wine from the Douro region. On the nose, it has notes of cherry, black fruit and barrel. It is an imposing and elegant red wine, with fine tannins very well involved with acidity and a long finish.
Quinta do Crasto Tinta Roriz is a red wine that presents us a heavy violet color, notes of Esteva, violets, and berries. In the mouth, it is bulky and complex with a persistent finish.
Dona Maria is a very elegant and round red wine, with a spectacular aroma of several mature wild fruits. It is persistent and balanced, with present acidity and juicy tannins.
Quinta do Monte Xisto is a surprising red wine with an odd superiority of the Douro region. Featuring a luminous appearance, it shows a bright red colour, strong and complex aromas of macerated black fruits, harmoniously balanced by imposing and austere tannins, along with a soft fragrance of wood barrel and great acidity.
Red fruits and spices aromas. Sweet notes of flowers, blackberries and spices. In the mouth is very smooth, with balanced acidity, very fine tannins.
