Cabriz organic red wine shows a bright red colour with slight violet tones. It's fruity dominated by blackberries and red cherries. This organic red wine has a with a crispy texture. and a perfect balance between his generous tannins and its freshness offering a wonderful aftertaste.
Winemaking:
Cabriz organic red wine, was produced from organically grown grapes of the traditional Dão varieties such as Touriga Nacional e Aragonês. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats where they were fermented at a controlled temperature for a period of 5 to 7 days. The wine aged in stainless steel tanks for 18 months and further 3 months in bottle and did not contact with wood.

Cabriz organic red wine shows a strong fruity aroma with blackberry and cherries, presents generous tannins and lots of minerality.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
