Quinta do Cardo organic red wine was produced from organically grown red grapes from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz varieties. The grapes were harvested by hand for boxes of 12 kg and subjected to a rigorous selection. After complete destemming, pre-fermentative maceration of the whole berries was carried out for 4 days. The alcoholic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-26 ° C. Vinification occurred in stainless steel vats for 6 months, followed by a stage in French oak barrels for 9 months.

Quinta do Cardo Organic Red Wine is a wine full of minerality, dark and stony texture. It is a rich and concentrated wine, full of intense acidity and potent tannins.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Intense red color. A very heavy aroma of ripe black fruit, black figs and cherries. Mineral notes and vanilla. In the mouth is a wine with lush and very elegant tannins. The aftertaste is long and fresh.
Bio Tostões is an elegant, complex and fruity organic red wine from the Alentejo region. It has an aromatic profile rich in ripe red fruits, showing notes of red plum, cherry and blackberries. It presents polished, vigorous tannins, delicate balsamic notes and polished acidity.
Altano Organic Wine Red has a ruby colour and shows beautiful aromas of ripe red fruits, flowers, and spices. It is a well-balanced, medium to full bodied wine, with a lingering finish.
Castello D'Alba Organic is an elegant, citrusy white wine with a wonderful floral touch and tropical nuances. It is a creamy and very balanced wine, with elasticity, striking minerality, and impressive freshness.
Niepoort Bioma Vintage Port 2015 is an organic Port wine produced with only old vines treated by orgânic methods, from the Douro Region. It is a full concentrated ripe dark fruit flavour wine, with a wonderful sweetness poised by a majestic acidity.
Dark ruby color. The aroma is full of character, with aromas of wild berries, plums and cherry. It is very fresh, a mineral wine with a firm palate supported by a good acidity and large structure of tannins. It has a very long and persistent end-of-mouth.
