Winemaking:
Wine produced from organic vineyards, in the context of environmental protection measures and sustainable winemaking practices. After manual harvesting, the grapes were completely destemmed, followed by slight crushing and cooling, by temperature reduction, induced and clarification of the must. The fermentation was carried out, with indigenous yeasts, at controlled temperatures of 16ºC. The wine stagnated under thin lees for 4 months in stainless steel vats having been subjected to cold stabilization and filtration prior to bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 15 °C. Serve at a temperature of 10 ° C to 12 °C.
Paço do Cunha de Santar Nature has a bright red colour. It shows an exuberant aroma of red fruits. It is a fresh wine, very mineral, with a good acidity and great structure of tannins. It has a very long and persistent end-of-mouth.
Niepoort Bioma Vintage Port 2015 is an organic Port wine produced with only old vines treated by orgânic methods, from the Douro Region. It is a full concentrated ripe dark fruit flavour wine, with a wonderful sweetness poised by a majestic acidity.
Deep violet color. The aroma is full of character, with aromas of blackberries and blueberries. It is a wine with a firm palate and intense aromas of ripe fruit, supported by a good acidity and large structure of tannins. It has a very long and persistent end-of-mouth.
Bio Tostões is an elegant, complex and fruity organic red wine from the Alentejo region. It has an aromatic profile rich in ripe red fruits, showing notes of red plum, cherry and blackberries. It presents polished, vigorous tannins, delicate balsamic notes and polished acidity.
Quinta do Cardo Organic White Wine has a pale citrus yellow colour. It has an exuberant aroma with notes of grapefruit, lime and melon and elegant mineral hints. On the palate it has a fantastic volume and freshness with intense citrus notes in a lengthy ending.
