Winemaking:
Manual harvest and selection of the best berries of the Touriga Nacional variety. The grapes were de-stemmed, gently crushed and then subjected to a very rapid temperature drop. A pre-fermentation immersion period was followed in the cold for about 12 to 24 hours. The fermentation in stainless steel vats occurred under temperature control between 24 and 26 º C. The wine aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Wine without sulphites. The wine has undergone a natural process for its preservation before being bottled.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18ºc. Serve at between 16ºC and 18ºC.

Passadouro is a complex and intensely aromatic red wine from the Douro region. It presents floral aromas, wrapped into intense aromas of matured black fruits and balsamic notes, vanilla and spices alongside vigorous and surgical mineral notes.
Marquês de Borba Vinhas Velhas is a complex and intensely aromatic red wine from the Alentejo region and is dominated by the great aromatic intensity of very ripe black fruit such as cherries, figs, and plums. Presents notes of spices, dark chocolate, and vanilla touches. It is a red wine of round and powerful tannins and with a very balanced acidity.
Oboé 17 is a full-bodied and high-density red wine from the Douro Region. From robust aromas to ripe black fruits, it presents complexity, balsamic notes, vanilla, spices and mineral fragrances. Of silky and austere tannins, they stand the great aromatic bouquet along with an extraordinary acidity.
