Herdade de S. Miguel is an elegant, aromatic, and clear red wine from the Alentejo wine region. It presents delicious aromas of ripe red fruits, delicate floral notes, and balsamic nuances. It has a medium body, sweet and ripe tannins and delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade de S. Miguel is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Touriga Nacional planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, 50% of the batch was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 6 months, in contact with lees, prior to being blended and bottled.

Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Herdade de S. Miguel is a red wine that presents ripe aromas of red fruits, where it displays some spices, cloves and pepper and balsamic nuances. It is an elegant and balanced red wine, with round and fruity tannins and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
