Maritavora Grande Reserva is an extraordinary's organic white wine produced from organic viticulture, and from white grapes from old vines over one hundred years old. It is full-bodied and complex, highlighting citrus aromas and aromas of ripe fruits, dried fruit scents, and vanilla. It is a white wine with smoked notes, extraordinary acidity and very mineral.
Winemaking:
Maritavora Grande Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of old vines from the Douro wine region. After a gentle crushed and a total destemming of the grapes, the musts were transferred to new French oak vats where it has occurred the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, and where the wine has been, in contact with the lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 3 months. Then the wine was transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has stayed in contact with fine lees, for 6 months, prior to being decanted, filtrated, and bottled.

Maritavora Grande Reserva is a predominantly citric organic white wine, with complex aromas and extraordinary aromatic length. It is a white wine full of aromatic intensity with notes of wood, ripe citrus fruits, and fantastic mineral nuances.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
