Esporão Colheita organic red wine was produced from organically grown red grapes from Touriga Franca and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. The grapes were foot-trodden in the marble tanks (Lagares) followed by a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22-25ºC for 5-8 days. Vinification and ageing occurred in cement tanks for 6 months, allowing for micro oxidation and the respect for the character of this unique wine.

Esporão Colheita organic red wine has a deep red colour. It has fresh red berry fruits with plum and blueberry notes aromas. It is rich, rounded with firm tannins and an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.

Quinta do Coa Reserva is an organic red wine from the Douro region, elegant, polished, with mineral notes such as rock and humid soil very well integrated into notes of ripe red fruits such as raspberries, red cherries, and cassis. Of solid and austere tannins, it also features a delicious acidity.
Niepoort Bioma Vintage Port 2008 is a Vintage Port wine produced with old vines, treated by organic methods, packed with lots of ripe berry aromas, such as blackcurrants and blueberries, dark spices and cassis. It features powerful juicy tannins and a great acidity.
