Casa Dos Amados Todos Blanc De Blancs is an elegant Brut sparkling wine, fruity and with fine bubbles. It presents the dominant aromas of ripe citrus fruits, displaying hints of tangerine, peach and quince mousse wrapped in notes of great complexity. It features a captivating freshness and very delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa Dos Amados Todos Blanc De Blancs is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Arinto, Bical, Maria Gomes, Cercial. from the Bairrada wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 6 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation, the sparkling wine aged for 18 months in the cellar.

Tasting Notes:
Casa Dos Amados Todos Blanc De Blancs is an aromatically intense and complex Brut sparkling wine dominated by fruity and citrus aromas. It presents notes of tangerine, ripe peach and candied quince. It has an enveloping mousse, fine bubbles and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
