Maynards Vintage Port 1997 is an elegant and balanced Port wine. With sweet and soft tannins, it has a very good structure and aromas of wild fruits, spices, and vanilla essence.
Winemaking:
Maynards Vintage Port 1997 is produced by the traditional Port wine method, trodden in granitic stone's Lagares, and it's aged for 2 years, in French oak wood hulls before being transferred to the bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão.
Tasting Notes:
Maynards Vintage Port 1997 is a medium-bodied Port wine with soft, sweet tannins, showing aromas of wild black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries along with vanilla and spice flavors. Finishes balanced, thin and dry.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in the upright position ± 15 ° C at a constant temperature. Serve at a temperature between 12-14ºC.
