Castelinho Reserva is an elegant, fresh, and mineral white wine. It reveals an aromatic complexity highlighting notes of ripe citrus fruits, such as apricots and tangerine, tropical notes of passion fruit, delicate floral fragrances, and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Castelinho Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio, and Malvasia Fina planted in the Douro wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was trasferred to used's French oak barrels, where it has stayed, in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio, Malvasia Fina.
Tasting Notes:
Castelinho Reserva is a white wine with a mature, elegant, and fresh aromatic character. Highlighting notes of ripe citrus fruits, it presents floral fragrances, notably jasmine and linden, enveloped in hints of passion fruit aromas, subtle balsamic notes, and very smooth acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
