Ciconia Premium is a fresh and vigorous white wine with a balanced and complex aromatic intensity. It presents predominantly notes of ripe tropical fruits, with aromas of passion fruit and pineapple standing out, as well as delicate floral fragrances, hints of citrus, and excellent acidity.
Winemaking:
Ciconia Premium is a white wine produced with white grapes of Verdelho, Viognier, and Antão Vaz planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Ciconia Premium is an elegant white wine with a medium body and complex aromas. With delicate floral notes in its aromatic bouquet, the tropical fruit aromas stand out, among delicious citrus hints, good intensity, mineral notes, and vigorous acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
