Herdade Aldeia de Cima Garrafeira is a full-bodied and deliciously mineral white wine from the Alentejo region. It is a very well balanced white wine, with exotic fruit and ripe citrus aromas, revealing buttery notes and toast hints flavours. It is an exciting white wine, very fine and of great quality.
Winemaking:
Herdade Aldeia de Cima Garrafeira is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Alvarinho from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in oak vats at controlled temperatures, the wine has transferred to French oak barrels, for 9 months, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Herdade Aldeia de Cima Garrafeira is a very elegant, vigorous and extremely aromatic white wine from the Alentejo wine region. It presents an open bouquet of tropical fruits and ripe citrus fruits, barrel notes, mineral tops and very polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
