Herdade das Servas Reserva is an intense and complex white wine from the Alentejo region, with a great aromatic volume, a delicious velvety structure, an extraordinary citric bouquet with nuances of almond, apricot, and peach, with a subtle oiliness and a great acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade das Servas Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto, Verdelho, and Alvarinho planted in the region of the Alentejo. After the fermentation process, in French oak barrels, at controlled temperatures, the wine has been transferred to new's French oak barrels, for 9 months, where it has been subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled. The wine has rested for 3 months into the bottle.

Arinto, Verdelho, Alvarinho.
Tasting Notes:
Herdade das Servas Reserva is a complex and delicious white wine from the Alentejo region, marked by the intensity of the citric aromas, so well integrated into the almond blossom fragrances, the notes of vanilla, on its subtle unctuosity, and mineral character.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
