Winemaking:
The best batchs were chosen in blind test. The grapes were harvested during the day under a stabilized temperature. After separation of the grapes, they were pressed rapidly overnight without any maceration, and were decanted for 24 hours at low temperature. The fermented wine was aged in French oak barrels, in the presence of fine lees until bottling.

Churchills Meio Queijo is an intensely perfumed white wine from the Douro region dominated by citric fruit aromas, fresh and intense fragrances and loaded with scents of lemon juice. It features lots of minerality and wonderful acidity.
Aliás Bairrada, it is an extremely complex white wine from the region of Bairrada. It is dominated by mineral scents such as graphite, granitic stone, gunpowder and earth, along with white fruit aromas and some citrus fruits. It reveals a fantastic volume and structure interwoven in subtle wood aromas and a great acidity.
Campolargo Verdelho is a very elegant white wine produced in the Bairrada wine region. It presents floral aromas, of dried flowers, mixed with wildflowers, and flavors of white-skinned fruits such as peach, and green apple, together with citric acidity.
