Tapada de Villar is a white wine with high-quality citrus aromas, delicate floral notes and discreet tropical flavours. With a deliciously fruity and lively profile, it has fantastic acidity and a velvety texture.
Winemaking:
Tapada de Villar is a white wine produced with white grapes of Roupeiro, Antão Vaz, and Chardonnay planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine stayed in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Tapada de Villar is a white wine with a mineral, citrus and dry character. It presents a floral bouquet with tropical nuances and predominantly citrus aromas. Presenting fragrances of lime, lemon and ripe peaches, it reveals minerality that gives it irrepressible freshness and acidity very well integrated into its bouquet.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
