Terras do Grifo Grande Reserva is a white wine of enormous complexity, full of aromas of ripe fruits such as ripe peaches and ripe pear. It ends in a perfect balance between aromatic complexity and its minerality, with plenty of freshness seasoned by subtle touch smoked and very soft vanilla.
Winemaking:
Terras do Grifo Grande Reserva is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes of Malvasia Fina, Gouveio Real, Rabigato, and Viosinho. After a long maceration stage, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to a regular stirring before it has been transferred to news oak barrels for 8 months and bottled.
