The interruption of the fermentation takes place in the desired degree of sweetness by the addition of brandy. Casted in oak barrels for up to 3 years before bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 11ºC and 12ºC, or if desired with a little ice. It should be kept in a cool and dry place. Ready to consume.
