Valtorto is an elegant, eclectic Douro wine, where the aromas are dominated by ripe black fruits ranging from blackberries to plums and cherries. Its structure is irreprehensible, vertical with density and minerality. It is a wine in which the aromas of fruit balance with their tight and austere tannins.

Valtorto is a red wine produced with Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca grape varieties from the Douro region. The wine was trodden by foot prior to a short period of maceration and from the fermentation process, in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. The wine stayed for 9 months in used French oak barrels.

Valtorto is, in fact, a very elegant red wine of the Douro, intense, full of fragrances and aromas of ripe black fruits, balsamic notes and spices. It is a wine of sharp and irreverent's tannins and full of minerality.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Júlio B. Bastos Alicante Bouschet is a red wine of enormous aromatic concentration and density from the Alentejo wine region. It presents a closed purple colour, with intense aromas of wild fruits, ripe black fruits, cherries and figs, spices and balsamic nuances. It is a red wine with juicy and fleshy tannins, fresh and polished acidity.

Monsaraz is a red wine from the wine-growing region of Alentejo, produced only from the red grape variety of Alicante Bouschet. Of dark and closed colour, it presents intensity and aromatic richness, very balanced balsamic notes and an extraordinary acidity.
Quinta do Ataíde is a complex, elegant red wine with an extraordinary aromatic structure. It presents intense notes of very ripe red fruits, black plum, and thyme. Fresh and mineral in character, it has solid, fruity tannins along with polished acidity.
Batuta is a deep and concentrated red wine that gives us a very austere aroma of forest fruits. In the mouth is thin and elegant, with a good acidity that surrounds the tannins very well. The finish is long and seductive.
