Calem Special Reserve Porto is produced according to the traditional Porto wine method. This is the blend of the best Porto Reserva wine's batches that were aged, in oak barrels, for 7 years, from the traditional Port's wine grape varieties in the Douro Valley.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca.
Tasting Notes:
Calem Special Reserve Porto reveals very good wood's ageing aromas combined with wonderful dried fruits and spices flavous. It's a very well integrated wine in its residual sugars, in the complexity of its dried fruits and in its acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serving temperature at 15ºC-16ºC.
