Kopke Colheita Port 2007 is an elegant ripe and fruity wine. It has some touches of wood ageing although they are undercover by the honey and orange marmalade flavours, that show a hint of ginger.

Winemaking:
Kopke Colheita Port is produced by the traditional Porto wine method. This is a wine of an exceptional quality, from a single harvest. Matures in wood for variable periods of time, never less than 7 years, being bottled afterwards by market requests.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.
Tasting Notes:
Kopke Colheita Port 2007 has a fine mix of fresh and dried fruits along with wood flavours that come from the ageing in old barrels. It is a sweet tawny with some acidity at the end to gives it a great lift on the ending.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serving temperature at 15ºC-16ºC.
